2 lbs frozen hash browns
1/2 cup melted butter
1 10oz can of cream of chicken soup
1 pint of sour cream
1/2 cup peeled and chopped onion
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, then transfer to a sprayed 11x14 baking dish.
In a preheated oven to 350º bake for 45 minutes.
