4 quarts of popped corn
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/4 light corn syrup
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Take a large grocery store brown paper bag and spray the bottom third with Pam.
In a 4 cup measuring cup, put all ingredients except baking soda.
Heat for 3 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir until blended. Return to microwave and cook for 1 1/2 more minutes. Remove from microwave and add baking soda. Stir.
Pour the syrup over the popcorn in the bag. Fold the bag down 2-3 times. Shake to coat. Put the bag in the microwave for 30 seconds. Shake. Repeat for a total of 4 times. Dump popcorn out onto waxed paper.. Let it cool. Store in an airtight container.
