7 3/4 oz can pink salmon
2 tsp grated onion
1 egg well beaten
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
8 small soda biscuits
flour
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Put salmon in a bowl. Mash well. Mix in onion and egg, salt and pepper. Crush soda biscuits coarsely. Add to salmon mixture and blend well. Divide mixture in four parts. Shape into patties. Dip each in flour, coating both sides. Heat butter in skillet and add salmon patties. Patties cook slowly for about 15 min. Serve hot.
