1 lb uncooked scallops
1/2 c melted butter
1 1/2 c crushed soda biscuits
1/2 c milk
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Separate uncooked scallops and sprinkle lightly with salt. Combine butter and crushed soda biscuits and arrange alternate layers of biscuits and scallops in a greased deep 9" pan. Pour on milk and sprinkle with pepper and paprika and bake at 425ºF for 24 min. Serve with a mild green vegetable or with baked tomatoes and a tangy jellied salad.
