4 medium chicken breasts, sliced
5 tbsp Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce
2 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
50 egg roll wrappers
1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack and Jalapeno Cheese
2 cups chopped cabbage (optional)
2 bunches chopped green onion (about 2 cups)
1 cup cooked rice, cooled (optional)
2 to 3 tbsp chopped pickled jalapenos

Dip:
2 avoados, peeled and mashed
1 cup sour cream
1 cup ranch dressing
4 tbsp chopped cilantro
1/2 zest of lime chopped and juice of 1/2 lime
2 tsp tabasco sauce
