1/2 c minced onion
1 clove garlic
1/4 c butter
1 lb ground chuck
2 T flour
2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 can or some fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic. Add meat and brown. Add everything except soup and sour cream and cook for 5 minutes. Add soup and cook uncovered for 10. Add in sour cream before serving. Serve over hot noodles.
