6 sq. semi-sweet chocolate(divided)
6 T. butter
1 c. wh. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. flour(divided)
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. water
4 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. powdered sugar(divided)
3 c. thawed cool whip

Preheat oven to 350ºF, spray 15" x 10" cookie sheet lie with wax paper and spray again.
microwave 3 choc sq. and butter in med. bowl on high 1-2 min. until butter is melted. Stir until choc. is completely melted, add wh. sugar mix well. In a lg. mixing bowl beat eggs on high speed until thickened about 3 min. Blend in choc. mixture, add 1/4 c. flour, soda, beat just until blended. Add remaining flour alternately with water beating well. Spread evenly in sheet pan. Bake 15 min. or until top springs back when touched, sprinkle with 1/4 c. powdered sugar, immediately invert unto towel, remove pan. Carefully peel off waxed paper. Starting at short side roll up towel & all Beat cream cheese & rest of powdered sugar in mixing bowl until well blended Gently stir in 1 1/2 c. cool whip. Unroll cake carefully, remove towel spread cream cheese mixture on cake covering all of it. Roll up the cake & place on platter seam side down. Microwave rest of chocolate & cool whip on high 1-2 minutes, stir 1 minute until chocolate is melted. Spread onto cake & cool completely.

When frosting has cooled a I make lines in it with a fork and make it look like a log.
