1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Karo Light syrup
1 tsp. margarine
1 cup Spanish peanuts
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Grease cookie sheet.

In a large glass bowl stir together sugar and Karo syrup, cover with wax paper and microwave for 3 1/2 minutes. Stir in peanuts, cover and microwave on high for 3 1/2 miuntes. Stir in vanilla extract, margarine and cook for 1 minute. Stir in baking soda and quickly pour onto greased cookie sheet. Spread into desired thickness. Allow peanut brittle to cool. Break into pieces and enjoy !!
