1 Turkey usually 15-20 lbs
4 Onions
2 PKG of Celery
1 Can of Chicken Stock
Poultry Seasonings
Salt and Pepper
Turkey Baking Bag
1 PKG of Bacon
1 Carton of Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw Turkey according to directions on Turkey Baking Bag.Use Roaster Pan- to Bake Turkey in. The Night before you cook the Turkey, take the Turkey Neck and Giblets out and put in a Stock Pan, With 1 Head of celery cut up, 2 onions cut up and the Chicken Stock - then fill with water and add Seasonings, Salt and Pepper. Add 1 stick of Butter and Boil for 3-4 hours. Then put all the Juice in a bowl take out the Giblets and Neck and Cut up and put back in the Juice. Use this for your Dressing. use one of your Turkey bags, rinse your turkey out and place in that bag and put back in refrigerator. Next Day take turkey out of bag. dry off with paper towels. Put your Stuffing in the Neck and Large Cavity . Pin the Legs back and Wrap the skin around the back of stuffing. Shove under the skin 3 Sticks of Butter all over the Breasts. Place onion and celery in legs area. Salt and Pepper and Poultry season the Turkey. Place in the Turkey Bag and put in the roaster pan and Bake according to the Directions on the Bag box.
