1 1/2 to 2 lbs stew beef cubed
2 cans of tomatoes
1 large onion chopped
2-3 carrots sliced
4-5 potatoes cubed
1 can of green beans drained
1 can of peas
1 can lima beans
1 can tomato sauce
1-2 cans of beef broth
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot place beef, beef broth, tomatoes, onions, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours until meat is tender. Add remaining ingredients until vegetables are tender.
