2 cups flour...
2 cups cranberries, fresh or frozen...
1 1/2 cups sugar...
2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature...
1 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature...
4 eggs, room temperature...
1 1/2 t vanilla...
1/2 t salt...

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º...
Lightly grease a loaf pan, (9 by 5) with butter or a spray...
Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl...
Now add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each egg, now add the vanilla to mixture...
In another bowl whisk the flour, baking soda and salt...
Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet mixture...
Once together fold in cranberries, pour mixture into loaf pan and bake 65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean...
Rest in loaf pan 20 minutes and then turn out loaf...
