½ C Crisco
2 sticks butter
2 ¾ C (-7T) sugar
6 large eggs
¾ C crushed pineapple, with juice
3 C sifted flour
1 t baking powder
¼ C milk
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the Crisco, butter and sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time. Beat well. Add the pineapple, flour, baking powder, milk and vanilla. Pour batter into a greased & floured Bundt pan. Put in a COLD oven set at 325.° Bake for 1-½ hours, or until done.

While hot pour on a glaze made with these ingredients:
¼ C butter, softened
1 ½ C powdered sugar
1 C drained pineapple juice
