BETTY’S PECAN PIE


Make pastry for one-crust pie of desired size. Line pie pan.

Filling for 9” pie:

Beat together with rotary mixer
3 eggs
2/3 C sugar
1/3 t salt
1/3 C butter, melted
1 C light Karo syrup

Mix in:

1 C pecan halves
˝ C chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Pour into pastry lined pan. Bake at 350° until set and pastry is nicely browned, about 40-50 min. Cool before slicing.
