Ingredients: 2 lb bag frozen chopped hash brown potatoes thawed 1/2 cup butter divided 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup milk 8 - 10 oz grated cheddar cheese 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 cup sour cream 5 drops of Tabasco sauce 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 2 cups corn flake crumbs

Directions: |
Directions: Sauté onions in 1/4 cup butter. Add potatoes, soup, milk, sour cream, and seasoning. Mix well and pour into 9X12 sprayed or greased casserole dish. Top with cheese and corn flake crumbs. Melt remaining butter and sprinkle on top. Cover loosely with foil and bake at 350º for 1 hr. Remove foil and bake for another 20 minutes until bubbly and slightly browned. |

Notes: Busy Family Friendly This casserole has many variations and they are all good. No potatoes to peel! Just put it together and enjoy. You can keep all the ingredients in the pantry or the freezer so you can make it without going to the grocery store. You can refrigerate in advance and cook the next day.
