1 LB (15 count) shrimp cleaned and shelled
1/2 box prepared pasta
1 jar Artichokes
1 c. tomatoes
2 TBS capers
Zest and Juice of 1 lemon
2 TBS chopped red onion
2tsp olive oil
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/3 c. half and half
1/3 c. chicken broth
1 tsp red pepper flake
6 oz Feta Cheese crumbles

Directions:
While pasta is cooking, saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add Shrimp for 2 min per side. Remove to a plate. Add artichokes, tomatoes and capers. Heat for 3 min then add Lemon zest and juice, chicken broth and half and half. Add shrimp back in and sprinkle in red pepper flakes and add pasta. Toss to coat, sprinkle feta cheese and serve.
