Notes: Busy Famiy Friendly This was a staple freezer meal in our family. It is great for quickly thawing and reheating in microwave when coming home from work or school with everyone tired and hungry. Just cook or use left over rice or pre cooked potatoes, bread, vegetable and/or salad, and you are done! Also makes great roast beef sandwiches for those coming in late. Love to all, Mimi
