1 1/2 cups oil
2 cups sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3 apples, pealed and cored, shredded or chopped
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup walnuts
3 cups

Icing
1 cup canned milk
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 300º

Mix everything together and pour into baking dish.

Bake for 45 minutes.

For Icing
Cook until softball or until thick, stirring
Add nuts, coconut and vanilla

Ice cake while it's still warm.
