5 c. Flour
1 c. Sugar
10 tsp. Baking Powder
6 lg. Eggs
1 c. Shortening
1/2 c. Apricot Juice Nectar
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 tsp. Lemon Extract

Frosting:
1 lb. box Confectioner's Sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp. Lemon Extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º
Sift together flour and baking powder; blend in shortening
Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy, add juice and extracts and mix
Add egg mixture to flour mixture and mix well by hand.
Flour hands and roll into balls; pinch the top of the cookie
Bake 8 - 10 minutes until light golden
Cool

Prepare frosting by combing confectioner's sugar with a little warm water and 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract and 1/2 tsp. lemon extract; mix until smooth, add more water if needed
