1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Itillan Bread Crumbs
3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Heavy Cream or Buttermilk Milk
1 Pkg Provolone Cheese Slices
1 Pkg Mozallera Cheese Slices
Noodles and Mariana Sauce
Salt and Pepper

Pound Chicken Breasts with Meat Tenderizer- Season them
Take 3 shallow Dishes-
1st-Dish Flour- Salt Pepper
2nd-Dish Egg Mixture with Cream/ButterMilk Beat-
3rd-Dish Italian Bread Crumbs with Parmesan Cheese

Dredge Chicken in Flour mixture and then Dip in Egg Mixture Make sure its Coated, then let excess drain off. Then Dredge the in Breadcrumbs Mixture.

Heat Fry pan with oil. Cook on Medium Heat till each side is brown.
Place on Baking Sheet- take Cheese and top each with the Slices, you can also add fried chopped bacon yummy!
Place in oven for 15- 20 mins

Cook Noodles and Serve with Mariana Sauce

Replacing some of the breadcrumb with Parmesan cheese helps to keep the breading crispy on the outside.
Pounding the chicken to a 1/2 inch thick keeps the cooking time down and the chicken juicy and moist.
