1 stick butter
2 cups peaches, fresh, diced (can substitute blueberries)
1 cup sugar
1 teas cinnamon
Dash ginger
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
2 teas baking powder
Dash of salt
3/4 cup milk
1 teas of cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 8x8 Pyrex pan, add peaches, 1 cup sugar, 1 teas of cinnamon, dash of ginger to melted butter.
In another bowl, mix 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 2 teas baking powder, dash of salt and 3/4 cup of milk, 1 teas of cinnamon. Pour over peach mixture. Do not stir.
Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
