2 C sugar
1 T cornmeal
4 eggs, beaten
¼ C milk
¼ C lemon juice
1 lemon rind, grated
½ stick butter, melted
l unbaked 9” pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornmeal into sugar. Add milk, lemon juice, and rind to beaten eggs. Mix the dry ingredients into the egg mixture, and add melted butter. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
