•6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
•2C uncooked minute rice
•1 package onion soup mix
•1 can cream of chicken soup
•1 can cream of celery soup
•1 can water
(may use two cans of cream of chicken soup
Instead of a can of cream of celery soup)

Directions:
Directions:
1•Mix together cream soups, water, rice and onion soup mix. Pour into buttered 9x13 casserole dish. Lay chicken breasts on top of rice mixture and cover with tin foil.
2•Bake at 275° for 3 hours or at 350° for 1 ½ hours. The rice on the outside edges should be slightly browned and crispy and rice on the inside is soft and moist.
