8 ounces sugar
1 1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1/4 ounce salt
1 1/4 pounds pastry flour
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
Zest of 2 lemons
6 ounces ground pecans
2 ounces whole milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg and mix.
Add all the remaining ingredients and mix only until incorporated.
