3 Cups crushed Vanilla Wafers
1 Cup finely crushed pecans
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 1/2 T. Cocoa powder
2 T. Corn Syrup
1/2 Cup Bourbon

More Powdered Sugar to roll cookies in.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir in corn syrup and bourbon.
Shape mixture into 1" balls; roll in powdered sugar.
Store in airtight container.

**These cookies pack a punch! The bourbon flavor will mellow over time so make them at least a week ahead of your party!
