2 20 oz. cans pineapple chunks
1/3 c. pineapple juice
5 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
2 c. sharp N.Y. State cheese, grated
1 stick margarine
1 1/2 rolls Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 2 quart casserole dish. Drain pineapple reserving 1/3 cup of the juice. Place pineapple in casserole dish and sprinkle pineapple juice over it. Mix flour & and sugar in a small bowl and sprinke it over the pineapple. Cover the pineapple with grated cheese. Melt margarine and stir in the crushed crackers. Spread over the casserole. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
