Ingredients:  
Catfish (4-5)
4 large fillets
2 well beaten eggs
2 T. Water (maybe less)
1/2 c. crushed saltines
1/4 c. Parmesian Cheese
1 T.. Greek seasoning (Cavender's)- (spices or seafood section)
2 T. melted butter

Sauce:
3 green onions, chopped
2 T. Lemon juices
1/2 c. butter
1 T. dried parsley
dash Worcestershire sauce
dash Tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat 325º
Mix eggs & water.
Combine crackers, Parmesian cheese, & seasoning.
Dip fillets in eggs & water then in crackers.
Place in greased pan, drizzle melted butter over top.
Bake 30 minutes
Simmer green onions, lemon juice, butter, parsley, worcestershire, salt & pepper, & Tabasco.
Serve over catfish
