5 lb. Potatoes (I like the Yukon Gold variety)
5 T. Butter
8 oz. Cream Cheese
8 oz. Sour Cream
2 t. Onion Salt
1/2 t. Garlic Powder
1/4 t. Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and dice potatoes. Cook in boiling water until tender. Drain well.
Mash with 3 T. butter, cream cheese, sour cream, onion salt, garlic powder and pepper.
Spoon into greased 9X13 baking dish. Melt remaining 2 T. of butter and drizzle over top.
Cover tightly and freeze up to one month or to use immediately bake uncovered for 30 minutes until heated through.

To use frozen potatoes, thaw to room temp and bake as directed.
