Crust
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in 8 inch pie dish and press on bottom and up side

Pie Filling
1-1/2 c. (15 oz can) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condense Milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 egg yolks

Meringue
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar (optional)
1/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, blend together Eagle Brand Milk, lemon juice, lemon peel and egg yolks until thickened. Pour into pie crust.
In a small bowl whip egg whites with sugar and cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Pile onto pie filling.
Bake 325º for 15-18 minutes.
