24 Chicken Wings
Season Salt
Vegetable Oil

Sauce
1/2 stick melted butter
5 tbls Franks red Hot Sauce

Blue Cheese Dip
1 1/2 c Mayonnaise
2/3 c Crumble Blue Cheese
2 green onions finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle wings with season salt. Pour oil and heat to 375. Cook wings in oil a few at a time until wings float to the top of oil. Drain on paper towel, keep warm in oven till all are cooked.

Sauce
in sauce pane combine butter and hot sauce (can also do this in a microwave). Dip wings in sauce and coat.

Blue Cheese Dip
Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Serve with celery sticks.
