1 TBSP brown sugar
1/4 lb butter/margarine
1 cup Karo syrup
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Can add a couple of drops of flavoring you would like.
Directions:
Directions:
Boil all ingredients until it barely hits soft boil stage.
Add flavoring, if desired.
Pour over popped pop corn.
