1/2 cup apricot preserves
2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
4 oz butter
1 tsp curry powder
1 4 lb chicken cut in 8

Directions:
Directions:
mix first 4 ingedients together until well blended
Place chicken parts in large zip lock bag
Add sauce and let marinate for 5 to 8 hours

Lay chicken pieces in baking pan
Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.

Serve with jasmine rice.
