2 pounds shrimp, boiled until pink
2 onions. sliced thin and chilled in ice water
2 lemons, sliced
Bay leaves

Dressing:
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons sugar
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 cup Wesson oil
1 can tomato soup

Note: this recipe requires refrigeration.

Beat dressing ingredients until well mixed. Pour over two pounds of shrimp. Place half of shrimp in the bottom of large mixing bowl. Place a layer of onions, six thin lemon slices and four bay leaves on top. Repeat layers.

Mash down and chill overnight to allow flavors to mix.

This is my Grandmother, Callie's, recipe. I found it in her recipe box when she passed just this year. My mother makes it for our Christmas Eve party every year per my father's request.
