2 Lbs Hamburger 20/80 mix meaning 20 % fat
1 large sweet onion diced
salt ,pepper and garlic salt

Optional ! package of Lipton Onion Soup dry mix.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger with sweet onion or onion mix. Divide into 8 equal patties. Salt ,
pepper and Garlic Salt on each side. Grill on medium high heat. Turn when the blood rises to the top. about 6 min

Serve with bacon, Cheese, tomatoes, Lettuce and Pickles
