1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup powdered sugar
6 tablespoons Oleo
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons cream
2 pounds cottage cheese
4 eggs, separated
3 tablespoons flour
2½ tablespoons vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and oleo. Place crumb mixture in the bottom of a 9"x13" baking pan. Mix sugar with cream, beat egg yolks and sugar, add cottage cheese, flour and extract. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Leave in shut off oven an additional 20 minutes.
