1 Angel Food Cake
6 Eggs, separated
1-1/2 c Sugar, divided into two 3/4 c
1/2 c Lemon Juice
1/4 c Water
1-1/2 T Grated Lemon Rind
1 envelope Knox© Gelatin that has been soaked in 1/4 c Water

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 9"x13" pan.
Beat egg yolks with 3/4 c sugar, then add lemon juice, 1/4 c water and lemon rind.
Cook in a double boiler until thickened.
Add gelatin mixture and stir well.
Cool mixture..
Fold beaten egg whites, that have been beaten with 3/4 c sugar,into cooled custard.
Break Angel Food Cake into pieces and fold into custard.
Pour into pan and chill.
Top with whipped topping and a cherry.
