4 medium potatoes
3 T of farina
1 tsp salt
1 egg
½ c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and boil potatoes in salted water. Drain and mash, add farina and salt. Mix and let cool. When cold add egg, mix well. Add flour and make a stiff dough. If dough sticks, add more flour. Shape into balls, place in boiling water for 12 minutes.
