1 large butternut squash
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Peel butternut squash. Cut into small squares and toss in olive oil. Spread on baking sheet. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle nutmeg over the squash. Bake at 350 until soft (45-60 minutes) - serve hot.
