1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup crispy rice cereal
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup quick oats
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 cup unsifted flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix sugars, butter, oil, egg, vanilla, cereal, coconut, and oats. Sift together salt, flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar. Add to sugar mixture and mix well.

Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes four dozen cookies.
