2 cans of pie apples, sliced (keep the syrup)
3/4 cups water
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup (2 sticks) butter, cut into small pieces/cubes
2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
Pecans (optional)
Raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease a 9 x 13" pan with butter. Spread all apples in the pan with the syrup from the cans. Mix cinnamon and water together, and pour over the apples. In a large mixing bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and butter until crumbly. (It may be easiest to mix with your hands.) Spread crumble mixture (flour, brown sugar, and butter) over the apples. Add pecans and raisins, if desired.

Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
