Directions:
1 box pound cake mix
2 eggs
1 stick melted margarine

Mix together and pour into ungreased 9"x13" pan.

TOPPING:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
1 pound box powdered sugar
2 eggs

Mix and spread on top of cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
