⅛ teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 medium egg
4 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon oil
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Put all ingredients in a mug. Mix hard. Zap in the microwave for 3 minutes.
