Ingredients:  
1 cup Flour
1 cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
1 tablespoons Baking powder
1½ teaspoons Soda

Mix together
2 Eggs
2 tablespoons Vanilla
¼ cup Milk
½ to 1 cup Persimmon pulp
1 tablespoon melted butter or oleo
½ cup Raisins and/or ½ cup nuts, dredged in a bit of flour

Directions:

Beat wet mixture well and add to dry ingredients. Pour into well greased bread pan and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool a bit and then turn out on a wire rack.
