4 cups cranberrys
1 cup sugar or substitute (use half)
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup water
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 1/2 tsp ground cloves
2 TBS Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp allspice
1 tart apple (peeled and chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the apples to a saucepan and cook over medium high heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add apples and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes. If you are canning this, add to jars still hot. Otherwise, let cool and refridgerate. Great for gifts and very tasty over turkey.
