2 pork chops, bone-in
3/4 t salt
1/2 t fresh ground black pepper

1. Rinse pork chops and pat dry with paper towel

2. Line a shallow baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray

3. Coat both sides of pork chops well with salt, pepper

4. Place coated pork chops in baking pan and cook for 15 minutes on center rack of oven. Turn over and cook an additional 15 minutes for a total of 30 minutes cooking time.

5. Remove from oven and let pork chops rest on a plate for about 5 minutes before eating.
