Masa
1 small pumpkin (boil and peel)
Boil with beef broth, chicken or boil with piece of meat (optional)
1/2 small onion
2 scallions
3 garlic cloves
2 T. epazote
2 T. Green Chils or more
1/2 c queso fresco

Directions:
Directions:
1. After boiling and peeling squash sautee all ingrediants except add cheese when taken off the stove

2. Cool and ready to fill tamales

3. Vapor 11/2 hours
