1 lb breakfast sausage roll
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup Bisquick or biscuit mix
1 8 oz pkg shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 2 quart casserole dish. Brown the sausage in a frying pan until just done and drain excess fat. In a large bowl, combine the 6 eggs, 2 cups of milk, and the Bisquick. Mix in the sausage & cheese. Pour into the greased casserole & bake for about 45 minutes. The puff will be a little browned & spring back when pushed lightly in center.
