small steak or leftover roast beef (sirloin or London Broil work well)
garlic, chopped
onion, julienne
peppers, julienne
mushrooms, quartered (optional, but delicious)
olive oil
red wine
sour cream
pasta (fettuccine or egg noodles)

Directions:
Directions:
Slice beef thinly and cook over medium heat in olive oil.
Add julienne onion and peppers and diced garlic.
When nearly done, add splash of red wine and any fresh herbs you happen to have.
Simmer 3 to 5 minutes, add sour cream and stir to combine.
Serve over cooked pasta.
