2 - 8 oz Cream Cheese
3/4 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 t Vanilla

Vanilla Wafers

Canned Fruit Pie Filling (Cherry, Blueberry,Strawberry, etc)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend first four ingredients.
Place a Vanilla Wafer in bottom of each cupcake paper and fill 3/4 full with filling.
Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
Cool and then pour pie filling on each one.
Refrigerate leftovers.
