2/3 c Evaporated Milk
1 c Oats
2-1/4 c mashed Yams
1 c crushed drained Pineapple
1/2 c Brown Sugar
2 T Butter
1 beaten Egg
1 t Vanilla
Miniature Marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Pour milk over oats and let stand 5 minutes. Blend well with remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 1-1/2 Qt. baking dish. Put miniature marshmallows on top.

Bake 400º for 30 minutes.
