2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
2 c. crushed pineapple with juice
2 tsp. vanilla
Nuts (optional)

Frosting:
1/2 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake ingredients in order given. Bake in a 10 1/2x15" pan at 350º for 20-25 minutes. Let cool before frosting.

For frosting, beat all ingredients until smooth.
